1. Services Luke's Mobile Detailing provides mobile auto detailing services throughout Marin County, CA. Services are performed at the location specified by the customer at the time of booking.
2. Pricing & Condition-Based Adjustments All quoted prices are estimates based on the vehicle information provided at the time of booking. Upon arrival and inspection, pricing may be adjusted if the actual condition of the vehicle requires additional time, products, or labor beyond what was originally anticipated. Luke's Mobile Detailing will communicate any pricing adjustments before proceeding with the service.
3. Limitations of Service Certain stains, odors, oxidation, scratches, and other damage may not be fully removable or correctable regardless of the service performed. Luke's Mobile Detailing does not guarantee complete removal of all stains, pet hair, odors, or other contaminants. Results will vary depending on the condition of the vehicle.
4. Customer Responsibilities Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about the vehicle's condition at the time of booking. Customers must ensure the vehicle is accessible and that Luke's Mobile Detailing has adequate space and access to water and power if required. Please remove all personal belongings from the vehicle prior to your appointment. Luke's Mobile Detailing will not move, handle, or be responsible for any personal items left in the vehicle.
5. Liability Luke's Mobile Detailing takes great care when servicing customer vehicles. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or conditions present prior to the service. Any concerns regarding the service must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
6. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We reserve your appointment time exclusively for you. To keep our schedule fair to all clients, the following applies:
Deposit: A $50 deposit is required to confirm and hold your appointment. The deposit is applied toward your final service total on the day of your appointment.
Cancellations: Cancelling a scheduled appointment is subject to a fee of 50% of the booked service total. The $50 deposit is applied toward this fee — it is not charged in addition.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule one (1) time at no charge, provided the request is made more than 24 hours before your scheduled start time. Your deposit carries over to the new date.
Late Rescheduling: Reschedule requests made within 24 hours of your appointment, or any reschedule beyond the first, are subject to a fee of 25% of the booked service total.
All fees must be paid before a new appointment is confirmed.
By booking and submitting a deposit, you agree to these terms.
7. Photos Luke's Mobile Detailing may take before and after photos of vehicles for quality control and marketing purposes. If you do not wish to have your vehicle photographed, please notify us prior to your appointment.
